Eric Burkholder
Eric is a recovering theoretical physicist and the inaugural hire in Physics Education Research at Auburn University. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering with a minor in German Studies from Cornell University. He completed an MS and PhD at Caltech where he studied transport properties in systems of self-propelled particles. He then spent three years as a postdoc at Stanford University studying Physics Education Research with Carl Wieman.
Zeus
Zeus is a spry former shelter dog who has never met a person he didn't love. Though he's gone through his own struggles, he now enjoys his job as the resident therapist for the Auburn Department of Physics.
